Privacy Policy

This policy covers getplayti.me, the PlayTime waitlist website. It is written to be read, not scrolled past. PlayTime is a product of Playtime (“we,” “us”).
The short version
- This site is directed to adults, parents, coaches, and league organizers. It is not intended for children, and children should not submit information here.
- The only thing we ask for is your email address and, optionally, your role (parent, coach, or league/other) and, if you're a coach, a team age group and rough roster size.
- We use that to email you about the PlayTime launch and pilot program. Nothing else.
- We use cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics. No advertising cookies, no third-party ad pixels, no cross-site tracking.
- We never sell your data. We never show ads.
What we collect
- Waitlist details you give us: email address; the role you select; and, for coaches, optional team age group and roster size.
- Basic analytics: aggregate, anonymous page-view and referrer data collected without cookies and without identifying you. We cannot use it to track you across other sites.
How we use it
- To send you a confirmation and to notify you when the pilot and launch windows open.
- To understand, in aggregate, which messages resonate so we can build a better product.
- Coaches' optional team details help us plan pilot logistics, they are never required.
Where your data lives
Waitlist signups are stored in a single email/audience platform and are accessible only to the small PlayTime team. We keep your information until you ask us to remove it or until the waitlist is no longer needed, whichever comes first.
Children's privacy (COPPA)
PlayTime is built to be safe for kids by design. This waitlist site does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. In the PlayTime app, parents will create and control every account, children do not sign themselves up. If you believe a child has submitted information to this site, email us at hello@getplayti.me and we will delete it promptly.
Sharing
We share your email only with the service providers that operate this site and send our email (for example, our hosting and email platforms), and only so they can perform those functions for us. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your choices
- Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe.
- You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@getplayti.me.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above. Because this is a pre-launch waitlist, expect this policy to be expanded when the app itself launches.
